The traditional owners of the Redbank area are the Dja Dja Wurrung  People.

This project will be doing works to improve the nature strip of the main road area in Redbank. Initial engagement with community has commence and the Engineering Team are completing the survey. The works will include 400m of new kerb and channel works along with vegetation planting.

The project will result in improved community amenity by providing improved tree canopy and accessible pathways between community hubs.

REDBANK STREETSCAPE ENGAGEMENT:

The Redbank community have continued local advocacy to improve the use and appearance of Navarre Street. This project will review street and landscape upgrade options. The project will deliver a series of works that may include drainage, car parking, and landscaping. These works will improve community safety and grow local pride in Redbank.
