Correa Park in Beaufort has been developed by Council to meet the needs of a growing population by creating affordable residential housing lots.

Correa Park was developed in staged developments over seven years and completed in 2021. Council has invested $6 million into  100 residential lots, with lot sizes ranging from 700m2 to 1100m2.

The lots were highly sought after, selling quickly. Apart from improving housing supply, the project provided numerous benefits to the local community by attracting new residents and creating construction jobs, which helped grow and support our local economy. 

All money invested in this project by Council was recouped through the sale of the lots.

The civil construction work was completed by Ballarat-based Pipecon Pty Ltd, and Ballarat Real Estate was the successful agent acting for Council.
