Repairs to infrastructure in the Pyrenees Shire

Council has completed putting together packages of work to finish the repairs to infrastructure that was flood damaged. It's great news that on the ground works have re-commenced as reimbursement approval has been provided by the State Government to go ahead with each package of work.
Repair works such as debris removal, culvert cleaning, and scour repairs have commenced in the Snake Valley and South of Beaufort area and also around Amphitheatre and Mount Lonarch. These works may seem small, however the repairs are important for the continued function of the road network and drainage infrastructure.
Works were recently completed on the following roads:
Costers Road (Chepstowe)
Linton Mortchup Road (Linton)
McIntosh’s Lane (Snake Valley)
Waldrons Road (Middle Creek)
Listons Road (Middle Creek)
Greenhill Creek Road (Amphitheatre)
Cowans Lane (Amphitheatre)
Wills Road (Carranballac)
Ballyrogan Road (Buangor)
Stockyard Hill Road (Beaufort)
Further repair works are about to commence on:
Lower Wimmera Road (Glenlogie)
Amphitheatre Road (Amphitheatre)
Mountain Hut Road (Amphitheatre)
Fortes Road (Chute)
The Glut Road (Raglan); and many others.

· Bridges in Glenpatrick, Amphitheatre, Elmhurst, Redbank, Mt Emu, and Beaufort
· Culverts in Snake Valley, Lexton and Beaufort
· Floodway in Lexton
· Bridge over Lower Wimmera River
· Replacement of guardrail
· Other works in Landsborough, Homebush, Avoca, Hopes Lane and Hillman Road
