We have several buildings that are available for hire. You can book these using the contact details listed for each venue.

You can book the Goldfields Recreation Reserve oval (Beaufort) through our Customer Service team by calling 1300 797 363.

Other venues

Bookings for venues (halls and centres) in the Shire are managed by local committees of management. Please contact these committees for any booking questions.

Insurance

You must have public liability insurance to hire a Council venue. If you don't have public liability insurance, you can purchase insurance from Council when you make your booking, which will cover you for your hire period. For more details, contact our Customer Service team on 1300 797 363.

  • The Conditions of Hire should be clearly understood.
  • The Facility Hire Agreement needs to be completed.
  • If you have public liability insurance, evidence of this will need to be given.
  • The hire fee, security deposit and public liability insurance (if applicable) will need to be paid.
  • Please use the casual use form for one off bookings or bookings less than six months.
  • Please use the long term use form for bookings six months or longer.
