Secondary School Immunisation Bookings

Every year, Pyrenees Shire's Immunisation team visits Beaufort Secondary School to provide students in Year 7 and Year 10  the opportunity to receive free vaccines through the National Immunisation Program for Victoria.

 

We will be attending Beaufort Secondary School on Friday 21st March 2025, starting at 9am.
Please provide consent by Thursday 20th March.

Consent can be given online via the Central Immunisation Records Victoria (CIRV) Portal or by filling out and returning the consent form posted to you.

Boostrix - Diphtheria-Tetanus-Whooping Cough – single dose
