Expressions of Interest - Audit and Risk Committee Independent Member

The Pyrenees Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the position of Independent Member on Council’s Audit & Risk Committee, with the position commencing on 27 November 2024.

The Audit & Risk Committee operates under a Charter from Council and independent members are initially appointed for a period of 3 years.

Ideally the independent member of the Audit & Risk Committee will be skilled in the areas of finance, legal or risk management.

Meetings of the Committee are held at the Beaufort Council office and are generally held from 3.00pm on the 4^th Tuesday in March, June, September and November.
