Residents issued rate notice in error

A statement from CEO Jim Nolan:
We know that a significant number of our residents received an incorrect rates notice from us last week.
This was sent in error and we want to sincerely apologise to everyone who received this letter. We know that receiving this notice has been upsetting and are investigating the error to make sure it doesn't happen again.
If you have been paying your rates by quarterly instalments, your remaining balance can still be paid by instalments. An instalment notice will be sent out before each instalment is due.
If you have paid your rates in full, you don't need to take any further action.
Once again, we apologise for this and are working to make sure it doesn't happen again.
