You can apply for an internal review by downloading the Application for an Internal Review(PDF, 749KB) form and either:

  • Email it to pyrenees@pyrenees.vic.gov.au or
  • Post it to:

    or

  • Deliver it in person to any of the following locations:
    • Beaufort Municipal Office: 5 Lawrence Street, Beaufort. Office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Phone 1300 797 363.
    • Beaufort Community Resource Centre & Library: 72 Neill Street, Beaufort. Open 7 days a week: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 1:00pm. Phone: (03) 5349 1180.
    • Avoca Community Information Centre and Library: 122 High Street, Avoca. Open 7 days a week: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 1:00pm. Phone: (03) 5465 1000.

 

Council will acknowledge receipt of an application usually within a week of receipt.

An internal review will usually be conducted within 90 days of receiving an application.

You may be requested to provide further information including evidence or statutory declarations.

Once a decision has been made, you will be notified in writing to let you know the outcome.
