Option 2 - request a payment plan or extension of time

If you have been served with an infringement notice, you may apply to Council for a payment plan or extension of time in which to pay the infringement penalty and any penalty reminder notice fee.

To apply for a payment plan or extension of time, please complete the Application for Payment Plan or Extension of Time for Infringement(PDF, 366KB) form. This form must be submitted to Council by the due date shown on the infringement notice.

The form may be emailed to Council at pyrenees@pyrenees.vic.gov.au or posted to Council at:

If a payment plan has been accepted by Council, the matter will be referred to Fines Victoria for management on Council’s behalf. More information about payment plans can be found here:
